Modern Wealth Management, LLC in Mooresville, IN is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team exclusively dealing with Charles Schwab accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner and build strong client relationships.
- Assist advisor with opening new Charles Schwab accounts, closing accounts, distribution requests and general service of existing accounts.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update client information.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads or engage with existing clients.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and listening skills to understand client needs. Collaborate with the team to support clients.
Skills:
- Proven experience in a client service role with a focus on delivering high quality service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Abiltiy to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience in outbound calling.
- Able to work independently, proactively and as a member of the team.
