We are currently seeking a seasoned and innovative Product Director to lead our efforts in the sales and management of paranormal equipment, merchandise, and various revenue streams excluding tours. The ideal candidate will take charge of expanding existing revenue channels, introducing new products, and identifying opportunities for growth in the ever-evolving paranormal market.
This is a remote W-2 role and not a contract position. You must reside within the United States and be fluent in the English language.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the entire product portfolio, including ghost hunt equipment, books, Lily, and other merchandise
- Manage Etsy and other online stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue for all non-tour related products
- Lead the creation of media content related to product promotions and launches
- Organize and execute GhostFlix events to engage the paranormal community
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and product awareness
- Drive the development of new products, from conceptualization to market launch
- Manage inventory at various locations, optimizing stock levels and logistics
- Oversee app-based tours, ensuring a captivating and informative experience for users
- Collaborate with the executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the paranormal or related industry
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Etsy and other online stores
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding product lines
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Creative thinker with a passion for the paranormal and innovative products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
