Position Summary:
The Director of Operations coordinates all activities associated with the business of the facility.
Position Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or previous experience + High School Degree or commensurate work experience.

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Medical Terminology Preferred
Position Duties:

Order and maintain all office-related supplies, including furniture, letterhead, and new supplies as needed.

Maintain HIPAA compliance among staff and clinic operational standards

Improve and document clinic systems

Hold Staff accountable for performance standards

Manage the Schedule, Cancellations, Drops

Respond to correspondence, complaints, and inquiries
-
Answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.

Coordinate with staff on client progress

Conduct duties of Administrator when they are unavailable.
