Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling homeowners, flood, and landlord insurance policies. This role involves assessing client needs, providing expert advice, and offering tailored insurance solutions to ensure our clients are adequately protected.
LEADS WILL BE PROVIDED
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their insurance needs and requirements.
- Assess clients' current insurance coverage and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement.
- Policy Sales:
- Sell homeowners, flood, and landlord insurance policies.
- Provide detailed explanations of policy terms, conditions, and coverage options.
- Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are continuously met.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients in the claims process, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
- Regularly update knowledge on various insurance products and services.
- Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance agent license in the state of operation.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, particularly in homeowners, flood, and landlord insurance, is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
