Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED and

One-year of prior-related work experience.

Provides specialized clerical support to assigned department to enable effective office operations.

Prefer applicants with:

Good oral and written communication skills

Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite software

Ellucian Datatel Colleague access a plus

Supplemental Job Information:
-
Process HCC admissions applications.
-
Florida residency review for tuition purposes (DMV DAVID system)
-
Review and enter incoming transcripts.
-
Customer services response to emails and or phone calls
-
Various data entry projects
-
Collaborate with other departments/campus for problem resolution.
-
Assist with preparation of annual commencement ceremony.
-
Other duties as assigned.

$17.00 hourly
