**Office Assistant**
**Job Summary:**
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining office organization and assisting with various tasks to contribute to the overall success of the office.
**Duties:**
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including answering calls and directing inquiries.
- Maintain and update calendars for appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to perform tasks using Appfolio and other management software.
- Operate phone systems professionally and efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in calendar management is a plus.
- Computer literacy is required for this position.
- Experience with phone systems is advantageous.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
