Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist at EconoLodge
Job Summary: As a Front Desk Receptionist at EconoLodge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will welcome guests, check them in, and provide them with information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities. You will also manage reservations, handle guest requests, and ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests, verifying their reservation details, and providing them with room keys and relevant information.
- Respond promptly to all guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate data entry and billing.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of guest information and transactions.
- Process guest payments and follow proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist guests with luggage storage, transportation, and other requests as needed.
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to guests.
- Follow established procedures for emergency and security situations.
