Overview:
As a Leasing Agent in our multi-unit apartment complex, you'll play a crucial role in facilitating the rental process, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining occupancy levels. You'll be the face of our property, responsible for showcasing available units, guiding prospective tenants through the application process, and fostering positive relationships with current residents. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

- 369 units
- 20-25 leases per month
- Team consists of a property manager, assistant manager, with 3 leasing agents
- Resort-style living
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current tenants. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Leasing: Showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and amenities. Provide tours of the property and guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
- Application Processing: Collect and review rental applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Conduct background and credit checks as necessary.
- Lease Administration: Prepare lease agreements, explain terms and conditions to tenants, and facilitate the signing process. Maintain accurate records of leases and tenant communications.
- Tenant Retention: Foster positive relationships with current tenants by addressing concerns promptly, organizing community events, and implementing initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and local regulations affecting rental properties. Provide input to management regarding pricing strategies and leasing incentives.
Compensation:
- Base: $20/hour
- Commission: 1-4 leases per month - $150 each, 5-7 leases per month - $250 each, 8-11 leases per month - $350 each, 12+ leases per month - $450 each
Skills:
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
