The Warehouse Associate is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock, and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
● Receives all inbound shipments to the central warehouse and office warehouse
● Rebuilds damaged pallets before restock
● Consolidates finished goods storage for maximum storage capabilities
● Identifies, reports, and observes quality issues with received goods
● Update the inventory and inform the head office with packing slips every time you receive an international shipment
● Update the inventory on every 2nd day of the month. Provide a detailed inventory record of the inventory/products in the company's warehouselocatedn in the USA.
● Monitors returns to the warehouse
● Use the FIFO method when store and shipping cargo/products out of the min warehouse
● Unloads and reloads finished goods deliveries utilizing a forklift, electric pallet jack, and pallet jack
● Maintains pallet storage area
● Manually pulls products from pallets and reloads to new pallets
● Order Supplies with non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels, etc.)
● Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to thecustomer base
● Coordinates preload activities including inspecting trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time
● Checks in trucks and communicates with drivers for proper loading
● Provides correct loading document/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility
● Maintains appropriate records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control
● Involvement in continued process improvement and cost reduction
● Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse and surrounding areas.
● Accommodate all the visitors with proper safety procedures to the warehouse
● Renew fire extinguishers and other relevant equipment when necessary and maintain the permits visible
● Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
● Answers/makes phone calls using proper phone etiquette
● Communicates with inside and outside contacts to ensure loading of trucks on time and troubleshoot any issues
● Additional duties as required by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
● Prior experience working in a warehouse
● Knowledge of operating a forklift
● Planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Computer knowledge
● Inventory handling
● Ability to work independently and safely
● Advanced time management skills
Education and Experience:
● 2 to 3 years of warehouse experience
● High school diploma
● Forklift certification required
● Well experienced in Microsoft Excel
● Advanced time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
