Our Mental Health Therapists provide an array of services, including Adventure Based Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, College Student Support, Job Coaching, Life Skills, Parenting Time, Offender and Victim Specific Treatment, Evaluations and Assessments, ABA Therapy, Foster Care Forums, Play Therapy, and Case Management.
About the role:
- Conducts thorough client intakes and evaluations to determine needs and creates customized approaches to care.
- Provides life skills training (e.g., financial management, daily scheduling structuring, employment, housing, resource gathering, etc.)
- Engage in therapeutic supervised visitation between parents and children.
- Safety planning
- Collaboration with professionals from the Department of Human Services, Office of Respondent Parent Council, Office of the Child's Representative, CASA, Probation Departments, the District Attorney's Office, School Officials, and other agencies as assigned.
Qualification of the role include:
- Master's degree (Required) in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field.
- Excellent driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in individual or family therapy services.
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Spanish-Preferred)
- Certifications such as CAC II, CAC III, or LAC is highly preferred.
Where we work:
Services are offered in the community, office settings, and local Department of Human Services Buildings.
Travel Required: 30-40% (Travel to client sessions)

- Starting Compensation: $60,000.00
- + Quarterly Bonus potential
