We are growing and looking to bring on a Highly Motivated Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our Elite Sales Team! The ISR position is a ramp-up position for a full commission sales role, the Account Executive. ISRs are provided with 6 months of extensive training, and on-the-job development of a book of business.
We are looking for achievement-driven individuals who are seeking a challenging environment that offers truly fair compensation for outstanding results. CFF’s commission structure is above the industry average, and it is uncapped.
Job Description:
· Grow your book of business by calling into small businesses nationwide to assist them with their equipment purchase needs.
· Build relationships with equipment dealers across the country to create quality business partnerships.
· Develop and present financial solutions through qualification of the customer’s needs, challenges and potential.
· Continually manage your book of business through new client acquisition and current client needs.
· Present the solution to key decision makers and drive to close the deal.
· Consistently bring value-added solutions for your clients.
Qualifications
· 5+ years’ experience in financial sales required
· Experience in Equipment Finance preferred
· Phone Sales experience preferred
· Successful candidates must exhibit a strong desire to succeed, competitive drive, and the ability to close transactions to meet individual weekly/monthly/quarterly sales goals
· Experience in financial services sales (Equipment Leasing, Automotive F&I, Mortgage origination, etc.) is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficient with MS Office and experience with CRM databases.
· Strong Pipeline Management experience, to drive and consistently meet / exceed sales quotas.
· Track record of success in negotiation and problem-solving
· Ability to “think outside of the box” to succeed
Benefits:
· Highly effective training and development program. The Inside Sales Representative position is provided a salary, plus performance bonus, during the training and ramp-up period of 6 months.
· Industry leading compensation program. Average first year compensation is over $75,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000. Sales team members average over $155k in their second year, and $268k in year three. Top performers far exceed the averages, and total compensation is not capped.
