Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee our operations in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and hospitality management, with expertise in kitchen operations, inventory control, and catering.
Duties:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and profitability.
- Conduct interviews, hire and train new employees, and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Coordinate catering services and special events to meet customer needs.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food costs effectively.
- Lead shift management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Skills:
- Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations.
- Strong background in kitchen management and restaurant operations.
- Experience in inventory control and cost management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for customer service and team leadership.
- Korean available is a plus.
