Overview: Reporting to the Senior Regional Asset Protection Manager, the Asset Protection Operations Specialist will support AP Operations for SNIPES store locations.
Responsibilities:
- Review Daily Alarm Reports and identify any abnormal activity including inconsistencies within Arming/Disarming and/ or inconsistent patterns of entry by our store teams.
- Assist Store Management and Store Ops partners with updating the Store Alarm Call List and obtain Alarm Codes when needed.
- Monitor the LP Hotline for submissions and enter initial findings into our case management system. All Created case reports should be assigned to the RAPM overseeing the store.
- Perform periodic tests of all CCTV Systems and work closely with Store Management and IT to resolve any outstanding issues with the system.
- Partner with RAPMs when physical security concerns are identified and submit repair tickets for repairs. Follow up with Facilities promptly to ensure tickets are being executed and repairs have taken place.
- Must be able to manage construction timelines and vendor installations for all new stores.
- Assist Law Enforcement with any ongoing investigation and/or request for video when accompanied by a subpoena.
- This role will have a rotating schedule throughout the week, with shifts every other Saturday.
Qualifications:
- High school education.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with all levels of management.
- Available for flexible shift work, late hours, and/or weekends.
- Excellent Technical or PC skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced changing work environment.
- Preferably Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
