Job Description / Responsibilities
- Procurement of parts by searching for best pricing / quotes
- Purchase order requests and submittal to Accounting
- Maintain work order files, truck files, maintenance files
- Work closely with Supervisors and mechanics to obtain parts in timely manner
- Data Entry
- Maintain Excel Reports
- Filing
- Scanning Documents
- Maintain Truck Registrations
- Provide admin support as requested
Requirements / Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
- 3 plus years parts / admin experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- MUST have Excel, Microsoft word and Outlook experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
