Project coordinators are the driving force behind the success of New Bath Today’s day-to-day operation. Working with their project managers, they ensure the coordination of resources and information is distributed effectively while organizing projects with the goal of getting them completed on time.
Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute job packets per project

Manage installer and installation schedule

Schedule and confirm all projects with homeowner and installer
-
Resolve scheduling conflicts
-
Review inventory levels
-
Assist with other tasks as needed

Follow established company procedures, policies, and ethics

Requirements

Inventory tracking software experience (preferred)

Familiarity using Apple products (preferred)
