The Coordinator of Marketing & Conference Production is responsible for assisting in the marketing and event planning efforts of Artia Solutions, Crossroads: An Artia Solutions Conference, The Garner Group, and The Pricing Group.
The Coordinator of Marketing & Conference Production will report to the Director of Marketing & Conference Production.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Assists with administrative tasks, marketing tactics, and event planning for Crossroads with direction of VP and Director. This includes the following but is not limited to:
- Crossroads email marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media; assists in developing advertising and outreach materials
- Communication plans for attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and special guests
- Registration management, sponsor management, and guest travel arrangements
- Attendee communication and vendor management (pre-conference and on-site)
- Registration check-in on-site, event set-up and design, and other duties as requested by Director
- Researches vendors for current and future events
Develops a strong foundation of Cvent (event planning software) solutions. This includes assisting with:
- Cvent registration, conference app, and Attendee Hub development and management
- Surveys and other aspects of the attendee, speaker, and sponsor Cvent experience
Assists with various marketing tactics and event planning for Artia Solutions, The Garner Group and The Pricing Group with direction of VP and Director
Enrolls in continuing education and certifications
Occasional Duties or Projects
Will be expected to travel to the Artia Solutions office in Tallahassee, FL on occasion when requested
Will be expected to travel on behalf of Artia Solutions when necessary for business purposes
Educational and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, hospitality, or similar
- 1+ years of working experience in marketing, public relations, event planning, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
