Arthritis Associates of Colorado Springs is known for providing exceptional care for our patients and the practices that refer them to us! We specialize in rheumatology and are seeking a practice administrator to expand our team.
We are seeking someone for this role who is experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, and shares our commitment to patient care. The successful applicant must have a minimum of two years in practice management, preferably medical. S/he must be detail oriented, an excellent leader and role model, and possess effective problem-solving skills.
The Practice Administrator’s role is to assist the owners in achieving our goals by directing the day-to-day operations. You must also be experienced in operations, human resources, process improvement, staff training, and administrative tasks.
This position requires the ability to work independently, be organized and flexible, and enjoy the challenges associated with a large specialty practice.
Responsibilities include:
- collaborating with the practice owners and executive team to establish and achieve goals
- overseeing practice systems and processes
- facilitating office operational flow
- maintaining human resources protocols including policy compliance
- contributing to practice outreach efforts
- utilizing statistical management to make data driven decisions
- ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow
- creating an environment where patients feel competently serviced, staff works together as a team, and the doctors concentrate on providing high-quality service to patients
- training staff members to work together productively as a team
- ensuring referral sources are satisfied and continue to refer

Pay: $70,000-$85,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience
