About the Recruiting Team
We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product, service or opportunity. The GetScale Recruiting Team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script; our recruiting team is able to take a fundamental approach to navigate through any part of the conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team of recruiters specialized in placements within public schools for our client, who is one of the largest education staffing agencies for K-12 schools in the United States. We currently serve our clients in 200+ public school districts across 15+ states.
The recruiting team managed by this role is not directly responsible for sourcing candidates; their primary focus is on providing excellent sales and customer service to ensure the candidates they are given.
The Recruitment Manager Will:
- Leverage your recruiting and leadership experience to build and manage a successful recruiting team responsible for exceeding worker acquisition goals for our partners.
- Build and grow client relationships through regular meetings and collaboration to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and client company policies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting and sales strategies to convert interested candidates into working educators.
- Monitor and analyze conversion metrics to ensure goals are met and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Develop your team into stellar recruiters via personal, professional and sales development.
- Lead team syncs, coachings, and 1:1’s with your team.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting professional growth and development.
About You
- Our company is headquartered in Austin, TX so the working hours for this role are 8:45 am CT - 5:30 pm CT.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the field.
- Experience leading a high-growth team of recruiters
- A minimum of 2 years in recruiting experience preferably in a high growth company.
- A minimum of 1 year in recruiting management and/or team leadership experience.
- A proven leader in management with a track record of developing people and building teams.
- Experience in client relationship management, including maintaining and growing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively addressing client staffing needs and concerns.
- Experience leveraging systems and processes, accurately forecasting, and coaching recruiters accordingly.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve the organization's goals through sharing best practices, understanding other’s workstream and aligning on priorities.
- A builders’ spirit; making something where nothing existed before gets you excited.
- Experience with Salesforce dashboards, Microsoft Excel, and creating presentations.
What We’ll Deliver to You
- Annual base salary of $70,000 - $75,000+ depending on experience
- 15% performance bonus paid semi-annually
- Total annual cash compensation of $80,500 - $86,250+ depending on experience
