Key Job Responsibilities will include:
· Learn our call taking process and be professional and authentic with our customers.
· Maintain our customer database with complete and accurate information.
· Ensure a quality customer experience by providing detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field and our dispatcher.
· Participate in ongoing training so that you continue to grow as a professional
· Update customers throughout the day on their electrician’s progress.
· Promote a 5 Star customer satisfaction experience with each call.
· Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments while matching the right technician to every job
· Assisting in the dispatching of technicians to specific jobs based on urgency/need
