The Information Clerk will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders. Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
Providing information to customers, employees, and other stakeholders
Maintaining and updating records and databases
Assisting with data entry and document management tasks
Coordinating meetings and appointments
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
