Positions:
- Part-time position (Flexible schedule anytime Thursday-Sunday); Minimum of 10 clients/week
- Full-time position (Flexible schedule, requires 3 days to be after school hours); Minimum of 20 clients/week
Responsibilities include:
- Provide weekly therapy to children and/or adolescents using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and/or psychodynamic processes in a private practice setting
- Conduct intake interviews with parents and clients
- Use DSM-V criteria to inform diagnostic evaluation
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client diagnosis
- Complete progress notes after every session
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Participate in monthly team meetings
- Meet weekly with Clinical Director for support and supervision
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as school social workers and psychiatrists to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work)
- Valid license or certification as a therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and client treatment planning
- Experience conducting therapy with children and/or adolescents
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
