The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Lancer Hospitality team in Edina, MN. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a premier private golf club with a restaurant, golf events and catering. This role offers lots of opportunity for stability, growth and a spectacular work life balance in the off season.
What you'll be doing:
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
- Experience with budget statements.

- Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
Salary
Base: $70,000
Plus 10% Bonus
