Must have Medtech, Supply Chain and PM experience,
- Establish project plans with associated milestones, deliverables, and deadlines

Ability to execute process mapping workshops and support new process definition

Define communication plan and communicate effectively across the organization throughout the project lifecycle

Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables, tasks, and action items

Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to create a high-performing project team

Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals
-
Coordinate routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation

Collect and document project risks and issues and escalate as needed to appropriate stakeholders

Coordinate development and delivery of project status reports

Review project status reports and follow up on needed changes
-
Collect and document resource/stakeholder information

Facilitate cross-functional involvement on projects

Identify and track risks, actions, issues, and decisions

Development and management of change management plan

Project organization (i.e. meeting establishment, standardized notes, discussions, action tracking)

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (project team to executive level)

Deliver assigned projects in scope within budget and on time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time

Ability to execute effective lessons learned following project completion
- College degree
-
1-4 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years of medical device experience
