We are seeking a professional level Desktop Support Engineer to join our team onsite in New York, NY for a 12-month contract opportunity! Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain software applications on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on PCs and laptops, including diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems.

Provide end-user support, including resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in person, and assisting with hardware and software upgrades.

Set up and configure new desktops, laptops, and peripherals for new employees or existing employees moving to new workstations.

Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, and document solutions and procedures for future reference.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or equivalent job capacity

2+ years of experience performing desktop imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting PCs
-
2+ years of experience providing end user support

2+ years of experience performing Software installs\troubleshooting

High School diploma
Hourly Pay Rate: $32-$38
