We are looking to add to our team of Project Managers. The person we hire will be managing projects of various sizes and complexity. The candidate should possess the following:
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in project management for Federal commercial building construction projects. Experience that includes design-build projects is preferred.
- P.E. licensure is preferred.
- An ability to create and maintain project schedules. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software is required.
- Experience working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is required.
- Excellent communication skills. Strong oral and written skills are important and are considered essential skills.
- An ability to establish strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors and fellow employees.
- An ability to work with mathematical concepts as they relate to construction processes, the preparation of spreadsheets, and performance of quantity takeoffs.
- An ability to multi-task.
- An ability to define, investigate and solve problems.
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.
- A strong work ethic.
