We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Labor Management Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and optimizing Manhattan Labor Management systems.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective deployment and utilization of labor management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of Manhattan Labor Management systems, including setup, configuration, and testing.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve labor management processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Manhattan Labor Management system, addressing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective system utilization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Operations, and other relevant departments to integrate labor management systems with other business processes.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to monitor system performance and labor utilization.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Manhattan Labor Management systems, including implementation and optimization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, data analysis, and report generation. Knowledge of SQL and other relevant technologies is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
