We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success and Have the desire and skills to lead and manage.
Responsibilities:
Answering and making a heavy volume of phone calls.
Scheduling appointments with customers to service their Household Major Appliances.
Ordering And Selling parts.
Data entry and filing invoices.
Dispatching service calls and routing Technicians.
Customer service and Follow-Up calls with customers.
Track and Manage the company's Social Media and all types of communications.
Track and Manage Office and Trucks inventory.
Qualifications:
Have Dependable Transportation.
Strong knowledge of area roads and the ability to route technicians effectively.
Previous experience with a service company such as an HVAC, APPLIANCE, ELECTRICAL, or PLUMBING company.
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have good computer knowledge, be familiar with the Internet, Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Candidates must be open for a variable schedule and Saturdays and live within 20 minutes drive from our office in east plano.
