The Inventory Technician will be responsible for receiving equipment physically in the inventory department.
Your day will look like this:
-
Carry out receiving of new equipment and updating the inventory system (R2).
-
Track and update data in the inventory system (R2).
-
Make corrections as requested by the department supervisors.
-
Assist inventory clerks as needed. (Identification, handling etc.)
-
Create transfers (R2) between sites and route equipment for transport. (for new assets dispatch)
-
Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.

Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area.
-
Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
-
Provides additional backup support for the warehouse.
-
Perform all other tasks related to the position and responsibilities.
Your profile:
-
High school diploma, or any other equivalent experience or training.
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience within an inventory role or an equipment rental workshop.

Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (an asset).
-
Knowledge of R2 management system (an asset).
-
Good knowledge of Office 365. (Excel, Lists, Outlook)

Ability to manage inventory record keeping.
-
Must be available to work a flexible schedule.
-
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
-
Ability to multitask.
-
Good communication skills.
-
Good attention to detail.
-
Be able to read and understand inventory documents.
