Job Summary:

Although the day-to-day tasks may vary, your overall objective as a Customer Service Representative will be to meet the needs of our customers by servicing the customer through order entry, problem resolution, and helping foster collaborative teamwork with sales and warehouse departments. As a Customer Service Representative, Here is How You Will Make an Impact:

Learn, navigate, and use Prophet 21 to provide customer service
-
Service both internal and external customers over the phone, via email, and in person
-
Resolve issues with customer orders in a tactful manner
-
Greet incoming guests entering the headquarter building

Order office supplies and occasional catering orders

Partner with the branch sales team to drive business

Assist with miscellaneous projects as needed
Here is What We Need From a Customer Service Representative:
Required Skills and Abilities -

Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong time and project management skills with the ability to multitask

Strong computer and data entry skills highly desired, including Microsoft Office
Education and Experience -

1-2 years of experience in customer service leadership skills are required

A combination of face to face, remote and phone/email customer service experience required

Business to business (B2b) customer service experience preferred
-
Construction, safety, or industrial supply experience is preferred

High School Diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements -

Sedentary role that requires staring at a screen for up to 8 hours a day

Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping

Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion
