We use both NET and DTT as well as promote generalization with frequent field trips. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work In Center Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15 pm (with possible AfterCare hours of 4:00pm-6:00pm) Guaranteed Hours!
- Opportunities to work with in-home 5 times per week, from 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Client material creation and preparation
- Rotating schedules with 1.5 – 2-hour sessions
- Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
- Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
- Record client data into a data collection program
- Convert appointments into billing
- Write detailed SOAP notes
- Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
- Attend weekly performance goal meetings with CEO
- Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
- Attend Monthly field trips with clients
- Cleaning duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Hold an active RBT certification (preferred)
- No criminal background
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active
