Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure market efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage inventory and stock levels to guarantee product availability
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Support in training and supervising staff members
- Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and record maintenance
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills for effective task management and prioritization
- Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of stock management practices to maintain proper inventory levels
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Customer service expertise to engage with clients professionally
- Familiarity with POS systems for smooth sales transactions
- Ability to negotiate effectively and showcase leadership qualities
