We're on the hunt for a new leader to join our dynamic team and oversee Admissions team in Chandler, AZ. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Look no further!
As our Director of Admissions, you'll drive admissions for Embark Behavioral Health, focusing on our long-term programs. Your mission? Ensuring every individual who reaches out receives exceptional care from their first inquiry.
Lead our admissions staff, refine protocols, and enhance the customer experience. Drive improvements in census and reduce admission time. Plus, we're creating an access center for our long-term programming, ensuring we're always there when our customers need us most.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accountability for admissions metrics/KPIs, including the development of reporting tools and adherence to reporting cadence, as desired by leadership.

Ensure processes align with customer and business needs, make necessary adjustments as indicated.

Maintain knowledge of current processes and ability to function in all roles within the admissions department.

Collaborate with stakeholders to eliminate barriers in access to care.

Design consistently positive and rewarding experiences for all inquiries.

Ensure enrollment agreements are current and consistent across all programs.

Respond to parent and referent inquiries, including any complaints.

Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule.

May include travel to other company programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, required. Master’s degree strongly preferred.

5+ years of experience in admissions, 2 + years in leadership in admissions preferably in a behavioral health setting.

Strong clinical and assessment skills, insurance, and data admissions expert

Strong ability to support and promote the entire Embark continuum.
