Seeking an Experienced Chef for Sunday full day.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to food safety regulations. Must have at least 1 year of experience
- Cutting, slicing and filleting different types of fish.
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Inspect the quality of ingredients used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the Executive Chef when quality is sub-standard.
- Ability to listen to and facilitate special requests from customers
- Maintain a clean work environment.
