We’re looking for an experienced, independent, detail oriented, driven, high performer to join the team.
We do not handhold. We will do some training up front and expect the right candidate to self-teach with our training archive and through previous managerial experience, prove to be a good fit for the job.
Strong background check performance and good communication skills is a must in this position. We are looking for, initially, 5 hours a day working Eastern Standard Time hours from 9am -3pm, Monday to Friday. This may be increased on review.

Job Requirements:
- General Administrative Duties
- Conduct comprehensive background checks on potential tenants.
- Verify employment history, income, rental history, and credit background.
- Screen potential tenants for criminal history and eviction records.
- Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
- Communicate findings effectively to the relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of background checks conducted through provided software and spreadsheets
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to tenant screening.
- Assist the Marketing department and its associates on strategy and business plan execution.
- Attend weekly meetings with upper management to discuss findings, results, and strategize plans for improvement and efficiencies.
