Long before our first batch was brewed, our founders' ancestors, driven by an unwavering spirit, ventured to this city in the early 1900s, seeking a new chapter of prosperity.
We opened our first location and started brewing our first batches of beer in 2022. Since then we have created a strong reputation for exceptional quality beer along with a scratch Chef menu.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have proven culinary experience. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate organizational abilities.
Passion for well-crafted local ales is also plus!
Responsibilities:
Being fully aware of safety and sanitation to maintain a clean and stocked prep/kitchen area and equipment following all health and safety guidelines.
Preparing foods using a variety of meats for cooking on griddle, grills, in fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Understanding and complying with standard portion sizes, recipe cards, cooking methods, plate presentation, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
Maintaining your work station and walk-in organized, cleaned and all food labeled.
Ensuring correct temperatures and understanding correct methods for holding and reheating.
Managing staff in absence of Executive Chef.
Ordering/Receiving product into kitchen.
Helping to develop new menu items and train staff on current and new items
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
