Position Description:
The Office Coordinator (OC) is one of our customers first points of contact when scheduling floor cleaning, or emergency services. The OC services phone calls and emails from customers and vendors scheduling carpet cleans, billing, invoicing, and reciept of services. The OC must be customer service oriented and able to prioritize tasks as they arise. Organizational skills will help you succeed.
The responsibilities and job duties of the OC include but are not limited to:
General office phone work (calls, voicemails, messages, ect.).
General office work.
Provide the type of Customer Service you would like to recieve.
Manage cleaning schedule.
Creating new jobs within our system.
Process tech's Work Orders and tech's Payroll processing.
O.D.A.A. - Other Duties As Assigned

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $25.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
