TITLE: Administrative Coordinator – Wasatch Adaptive Sports
LOCATION: Snowbird Resort and Murray, Utah office location
STATUS: Part-time, Hourly - $23 - $25 per hour
SCHEDULE: 20 hours per week – occasional weekends

SUMMARY
As the WAS Administrative Coordinator, you will work under the direction of the Executive Director and will be responsible for coordinating various administrative functions that will play a crucial role in the organization’s success. You will join a team deeply committed to creating access and belonging in the community while sharing their passion for skiing, biking, snowboarding, paddling, and more.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and team environments

Support the coordination of various projects and initiatives
-
Monitor project timelines and follow up with team members as needed
-
Schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings
-
Prepare for and follow- up on all meetings with content, presentation materials, etc., and take meeting minutes
-
Create reports and manage data
-
Assist in communication between internal and external stakeholders
-
Maintain a well-organized company database
-
Support basic office IT needs
-
Process mail, purchasing, and organizational email

Perform general office duties
-
Assist in fundraising efforts as needed

3 years administrative work experience. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Demonstrated proficiency in basic bookkeeping practices.

Must be competent in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Sheets.

Valid driver’s license.

Prior experience working with non-profit organizations – preferred.

Experience with Canva – preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE

20 hours per week; occasional weekends.

Office locations vary between Murray, UT, and Snowbird Resort.
