We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologists that are licensed in New York OR New Jersey OR Pennsylvania, to join our team, specializing in providing psychological services to individuals within the workers' compensation population.
If you hold licensure in PA, we are also seeking candidates with offices in Harrisburg or Pittsburg to see our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess the mental health and well-being of individuals within the workers' compensation population.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address psychological issues and promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-focused therapies, to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and vocational counselors, to coordinate care and facilitate the return-to-work process.
- Advocate for clients within the workers' compensation system to ensure access to appropriate mental health services and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice in New York State OR New Jersey State OR Pennsylvania.

- Experience working with individuals within the workers' compensation population is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological tests and measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines and regulations.
