Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our vintage RV glamping resort. The property has numerous antique refurbished campers that will require some basic maintenance. They are complete with full amenities, so a wide range of experience in different systems is crucial.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement or repair
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules
- Oversee equipment repairs, installations, and upgrades
- Read and interpret equipment schematics and technical manuals
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services
Assignments may include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, sewage, construction, and grounds keeping. Tools and equipment will be provided.
