**Job Title: Strategic Alliance Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business relationships.
- Onboard and manage new accounts to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain and nurture relationships within the company's network.
- Deliver presentations and face-to-face sales pitches to potential partners.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and implement strategic partnership plans.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a face-to-face sales role.
- Established relationships within the call center industry.
- Experience in national verticals such as debt, mass torts, health insurance, life insurance, Medicare, travel, e-commerce, solar, or others is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, organized, and presentable.
- A natural networker with an ambitious, self-motivated attitude.
- High degree of trustworthiness, professionalism, and discretion.
- Open to travel.
- Preferably based in or willing to relocate to our Fort Lauderdale office.
