Job Details: Plans, executes, and drives the sales activity for the Division. Improves market share and supports all sales & marketing activities for the Channel. Targets and manages daily activities, in channel, contractors, specifiers and end-users to ensure efficient and productive performance to move the business forward.

Required Education/ Experience/ Skills:
· Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Sales
· 5+ years in Product / Manufacturing Environment
· Proven Management and Leadership Experience
· Proven Visionary with Clear Understanding of Economic Climate
· Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
· Proven technical skills and CRM systems
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Enhance product sales and margins by providing market intelligence for pricing decisions
· Analyze quote performances by customer, industry type, territory, and quotation specialists and make recommendations for improvement.
· Maximize channel through demand creations and targeted channels strategy to increase market share
· Work with sales management and marketing to create and build new loyal channel opportunities
· Research information on customers and develop contacts in the market for winning market share
· Manage and assimilate accurate market data into the CRM current and future use
· Participate in various Channel, Marketing, and Education programs i.e. instructs various portions of educational programs and acts as a member of the faculty to help reinforce key points with manufacturer’s reps, specifiers, contractors, and distributors.
· Identify and participate in new product development
· Provide technical support of product lines
· Responsible for the delivery of unit sales and gross margin to or above the budget
· Execute sales channels, demand creation, and training initiatives for effective sales growth
· Develop and adjust sales forecast by product line, territories, and manufacturing representative as required to meet the needs of the organizational goals
· Responsible for executing new product promotions and associated sales performance
· Act and participate as a member of the division’s technical training and campaign creation teams
· Responsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policy
· Responsible for driving Self-Managed Performance (SMP) program through organization through self-motivation, initiative, and participation.
