Apartment Management Company seeks Supervisor for fast paced management company. Our portfolio is in the Los Angeles, Hollywood areas. Individual must be an experienced leader, self-motivated, and educated along with office and computer skills. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. The Supervisors are responsible for all operations of residential property management including but not limited to:
1. Showing and renting our vacant units
2. Qualifying potential tenants for rents
3. Dealing with tenants' requests/complaints
4. Regular inspections of the properties
5. Administering and supervising maintenance at the various properties as well as individual apartments
6. Collecting and logging rents. Making bank deposits as needed
7. Serving notices as needed
8. Dealing with City authorities (Code Enforcement, Health Dept., Fire Dept., Etc.)
9. Dealing with various vendors who service the properties, such as Gardeners, Elevator service, Pest Control, Et c.)
10. Preparing regular reports to the Main Office
11. Handling problem tenants and dealing with U/Ds
12. Attend Staff meetings as needed
Basic Requiements:
1. Minimum of high school education
2. Bi-lingual (Spanish a must)
3. Computer literate
4. Personable, able to work with others
5. Able and willing to work 6 day per week
6. Have a vehicle and insurance
7. Prior experience of 3 years or more
8. Reside within 30 minutes travel time from Hollywood
Compensation:
1. $50,000 - $60,000 annually
2. 2 weeks paid vacation annually
