SALARY:
- Salary ranges from $80,925 to $96,066
- Up to 8% of base provided as additional compensation
- Compensation and fringe benefits are based on Polaris salary schedule with years of industry experience, educational level, and certifications considered.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of facilities management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a team of individuals, set, and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
- The maintenance of all buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment. This includes providing preventative and emergency maintenance and repairs for any electrical equipment, plumbing systems, HVAC Systems, carpentry, Custodial Services, building access & keying issues, and general building security systems.
- Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with OSHA standards.
- Responsible for Departmental Budget and ensuring expenditures follow all purchasing policies and procedures, as well as standard and ad hoc reporting.
- Lead the execution of routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safety and proper functionality of equipment or systems by following established preventive maintenance schedules.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, minimize cost, and reduce environmental impact, validate, and improve processes and procedures for equipment operations, and perform and analyze compliance checks.
