The Project Coordinator exercises discretion and independent judgment over the tasks, duties and job responsibilities outlined below. The position has significant importance due to the nature of the work and the relationship and communication with clients and internal staff.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility is to support the ERISA Desk team and clients in a professional manner in all aspects of the plan document services, as well as respond timely with accurate information using internal resources. The key tasks and duties are listed below, but are not limited to:

Consistently update and accurately maintain the internal project log for the ERISA Desk team including tracking project status and due dates, project and client database and folder set-up, and project intake data due diligence;
- Provide ERISA Desk Platform support to our client partners;
- Collect and communicate information required for client agreement preparation;
- Learning and applying the software, hardware and internet-based programs utilized by Wrangle;
- Consistently update and accurately maintain multiple database systems.
- Take direction from and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Works in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of urgency and accuracy
- Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events
- Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues
- Regular, reliable and punctual attendance
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Supervision
Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in employee benefits management and/or working experience with ERISA plan document reporting and disclosure is preferred.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience required in administrative management and/or employee benefits management;
- Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite products;
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, be highly self-motivated with a desire to work in a team setting, extremely detail oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Proven time management and organization skills.
