This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Post Acute Care sales (e.g., hospital liaison, home health sales, DME sales, rehab/SNF/facility sales etc.)
- Proven track record with an established book of business
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly sales goals and referral quotas
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand market share
- Provide feedback from referral sources to enhance agency performance
- Identify and propose business development opportunities to increase community visibility
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
Compensation: Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission structure + Insurance + PTO + Incentives
