We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, and have experience in data entry and payroll. The Administrative Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all visitors and clients.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Experience with customer service, data entry, and payroll processing.
Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about the company and its services.
- Assist with resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Generate reports and manage records as required.
Payroll Support:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Verify timecards and employee attendance records.
- Ensure accurate entry of payroll data into the system.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
