Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Process sales orders and assist with product inquiries
- Accurately enter customer information and update records in the database
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual/bilingual)
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
