Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers
Experience:
-Proficient with PestPac Software
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and CRM software
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs

We work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Holidays are fully paid (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
One week paid vacation after one year of service. Two weeks after five years.
Pay is a very competitive hourly rate and pay raises are given frequently for good work. Sales commission is paid on any new business you may sell at 10%.
