Since being founded in 1999, LaGrone Services, Ltd. (LSI) has been providing professional General Contracting and Construction Management services for clients in the commercial construction industry throughout the State of Texas. Our Corporate Office is located in NW Houston, Texas.

Our Core Business is Ground Up Commercial Retail Construction. We also build in several other markets: Low and Midrise Office and Medical Buildings, Interior Build-Outs, Dock High Warehouse, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Manage project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and making cost-effective decisions
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry (3-5 years)
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read and understand schematics, architectural drawings, and contract documents
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and vendors
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in project management software and tools
