**Overview:**

- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervise staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies

- Coordinate banquet events and ensure smooth execution
- Provide leadership in hospitality management and maintain a positive guest experience

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management practices
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in inventory control and cost management
- Culinary background or relevant certification is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
